We stayed in Room 13. It was spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and quiet. Reception staff were helpful and friendly.We emailed a few queries before we arrived and got a very prompt response each time.The apartments are a 5-10 minute walk from the main Square and easy walking distance to most places including the Jewish Quarter. Convenience store and cafes very close by. Would recommend these apartments and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Krakow.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment with good WiFi and just a 10 minute walk to main square with 2 supermarkets close by.We had to cancel our original booking due to pandemic but they were brilliant and let us have a voucher ti use against rolling our booking over to a future date.Communication by email was excellent and staff very friendlyl. Good value and a great base from which to visit the city.

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro, vicino alla stazione Grzegórzki (comoda per andare alle miniere o in aeroporto), ad un buon bar per la colazione (Tygel), a un Carrefour, a un mercato con panetteria. Palazzo elegante, reception. Stanza abbastanza semplice, con solo un armadio per 4 letti.

Appartamenti molto spaziosi, puliti e silenziosi. La zona è molto tranquilla e a due passi dal centro.Staff gentilissimo e molto disponibile.Consigliato sia a giovani che a famiglie.Noi avevamo noleggiato un'auto e devo dire che è stato abbastanza semplice parcheggiare in strada, molto più economico del parcheggio coperto.

Ottima soluzione per una visita a Cracovia; vicino al centro (10 minuti a piedi) e con una reception cortese e sempre disponibile. Le camere sono grandi e ben attrezate, pulite e silenziose. Non c'è l'ascensore, se potete fatevi assegnare una camera ai piani bassi, ma il mio giudizio è ottimo.

appartamento attrezzato con ogni confort (asciugacapelli bollitore asciugamani sapone acqua addirittura ferro da stiro e cassaforte). pulizia semplicemente impeccabile a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale con un supermercato aperto 24 ore a due passi dall'appartamento.
