Overall excellent value and comfort. The guest house is within walking distance of the Auschwitz exhibit, and the bunk beds and bathroom were very cozy and comfortable. Because this is a small guest house in a suburb of Krakow and not the city center, staff like to know when guests request breakfast or will check in ahead of time. There is no overnight staff. Other than that, this is one of the most affordable and cozy hostels I've experienced.

From the moment the owner Mark collected us from the airport we felt at home.The hotel/hostel is one of the cleanest nicest places that we have stayed in.Marks daughter was really helpful with the key to the kitchen which is in the hostel area but a fab kitchen clean tidy with all that you need. The breakfast was a buffet style, however we had eggs and sausages waiting for us as we walked in.Great place to stay and would definitely come back again. The place is worthy of 4stars.

My partner and I were very happy with B&M Guesthouse. The staff are friendly and really cared about our comfort during our stay assisting us with directions around town and booking a taxi. The breakfast buffet was delicious, too. I highly recommend.

Esperienza positiva, ostello nuovo con camere pulite e nuove, letti comodi, bagno pulito con una doccia molto grande, asciugamani puliti, acqua minerale in camera. Possibilità di fare colazione.Posto auto all’interno . Ottimo servizio e il titolare molto cordiale.Assolutamente da provare e non per ultimo camera con 4 letti singoli al costo di € 56,00!!!!!

Questo ostello si trova a solo 1km a piedi dal museo di Auschwitz. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera doppia (c'era un letto a castello), ma dispone anche di camerate a più posti. Il bagno è in comune. La pulizia dei locali è impeccabile e l'arredamento è tutto nuovo! Nel prezzo è compresa anche una ricca colazione che consiste in cibi salati e dolci. Dispone anche di un piccolo parcheggio nel cortile che di notte viene chiuso. Semplice ed economico!

Liked · Coziness, value for money, only 5 mins drive from the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial. The owner lives in the hotel itself, available (almost 24/7) for any assistance.Disliked · Pillows could perhaps be replaced to give more comfort during the night.
