Spent four days there with a pack of teenage students. Impeccably clean rooms, fresh bedlinen, clean bathrooms, generous buffet breakfast (constantly filled up), nice, patient and helpful staff. VERY good location: Train/coach station 18 minutes' walk, Wawel 15 minutes, Old Town 10 minutes, Kazimierz 20 minutes, cafés, shops comfortably close, still a quiet area at night. VERY reasonable prices. Strongly recommend!

Profesjonalna obsługa, czysty i komfortowy hostel, idealny na krótki i długi przyjazd. Dobre wyposażenie, świetna lokalizacja i przystępne ceny. Z pewnością odwiedzę ponownie i serdecznie pozdrawiam Pana Piotra oraz resztę pracowników.

Pani na recepcji bardzo uprzejma, pomogła mi odzyskać zgubiony telefon. (za co bardzo jeszcze raz dziękuję!!). Odnośnie miejsca pobytu - super warunki, bardzo wygodne łóżka i dobra lokalizacja ;). Polecam przyjazd do tego miejsca z całego serduszka!

L'ostello è in una posizione ottima e in 10 minuti si può raggiungere la piazza principale a piedi. La struttura è davvero ben tenuta, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Camere pulite, ampie e letti comodi. Ottima anche la colazione inclusa. Super consigliato anche per il rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Stayed for 4 nights in July. Easy to find, staff were very helpfull and friendly,lovely lay outs, vending machines useful, bathrooms could have been cleaner, linen and beds were really clean. staff were cleaning kitchen thoroughly on a night.

Spent 5 nights at the Express Hostel and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. All the staff members were professional and friendly, the place was immaculately clean and the cleaners were delightful as well. Thanks to Lidka for helping me to book Auschwitz tour and Salt mines tour in advance, highly recommend both trios.

We had a great time! We were with the 10 of us and got our own room. Everybody had their own (pretty big) locker. (almost) Everything you need is there, we only missed a furnace. Hostel is close to the centre (10 min walk). Nice showers and the hostel is remarkably clean! Great price/quality ratio. Defenitely recommended!

The hostel is modern, new built, clean with helpful staff ! It has smoking back yard, big dining room, equipped kitchen ! ( they don’t have oven, only microwave tho)For the price you pay this hostel is the best!Highly recommended!!

Hostel jest nowy. Wszystko w środku nowe i czyste. Wi-Fi działa idealnie - nic nie przerywa. Obsługa bardzo miła, serdeczna i pomocna. Cena jest bardzo odpowiednia za jakość jaką świadczą. Bardzo dużo razy tam nocowałem, zawsze jeśli potrzeba mi noclegu to wybieram ten hostel.
