Pre booked tour. Marek was on time. He picked up us from our hotel at Old Town in Cracow. Great service, knowlegable, helpful. Transport was comfortable in air conditioned mini van. Highly recomended.

Marek was our driver to the Salt Mine in Wieliczka. He is very friendly, informative and knowledgeable.It is unique place so do not miss it. 2 hours of walking and admiring artpeople created from salt. lots of steps to go down but there is a lift that takes you back up at the end.

We used Marek for airport transfers and also for Aushwitz and Birkenau. He was recommended by a friend who has used his company several times. He did not disappoint. In September we visited Black Madonna Shrine in Czestochowa. This is an important destination for Pilgrims from all over the world . Do not miss it. It requires half a day from Krakow including transport. Our long drive from Krakow was filled with conversation with Marek who is extremely polite and knowledge.

I contacted Marek before arrival and asked if he could purchase tickets for the Cracovia game as they played the day we arrived. On arrival at the airport Marek picked us up, took us to our hotel and waited while we checked in and then dropped us straight off at the stadium with our tickets. We then got a lift to the shooting range during our stay and also back to the airport. Marek is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when i return.
