Polecam hotel.Lokalizacją super.Obsługa rewelacja.W hotelu byłem 3 dni mogę polecić jak najbardziej.Basen i jego temperatura nie mam zastrzeżeń.Śniadania pyszne.

Wizyta była tylko na jedną noc. Pokój super, śniadanie też, noc spokojna. Na uwagę zasługuje wi-fi, mocny stabilny sygnał, brak przerw w sygnale. Ogólnie duży plus w porównaniu do hoteli w których nocowałem nie tylko w Polsce ale i za granicą.

Pokoje czyste, pyszne śniadania. Bardzo miła obsługa. Basen w spa, raczej do moczenia niż pływania ale nie jest źle. Sauny czyste, nagrzane. Polecam.

Fajne wycieczki spod hotelu w najciekawsze miejsca Krakowa i okolic. Hop hop bus zabierze Cię stąd nawet do kopalni w Wieliczce.

Stayed for four nights.quick check in.staff pleasant. Did not use pool or spa facilities but looked lovely.Great breakfast.room quiet.air con or windows could be opened.Rooms really clean.I used taxis into the main square.about 5 to ten minutes by taxi which cost between around four to 7 pounds Nice shopping mall next door.

Fab hotel, rooms are a good size with everything you need.Beds and pillows too soft for me, but we still slept well.Good buffet breakfast, hot and cold.Sauna, steam room and pool is a must too. Towels are provided.

Excellent hotel, we stayed in March 2017. Rooms were lovely, cleaned every day and buffet breakfast was great. All staff were very friendly. We weren't due to leave our hotel until 3pm on Sunday but the lovely lady at reception told us we could have our room until 2pm free of charge. The Spa area was first class also, very relaxing with friendly and helpful staff - great location too and will stay here again.

Excellent hotel, nothing was a problem, helpful advise on trips and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday . Hotel room had a great view across the river, location was ideal with only a short walk to the Main Square - would highly recommend for a short family break (and lots to do to occupy teenagers)

Everything was great. The hotel booked all our trips and taxi tranfer before we went and all was straight forward at a reasonable rate.it certainly saved us alot of time and stress when we got there.room and breakfast where good as was the pool no criticism whatsoever.we would certainly stay there again - and thankyou for the bath salts

We spent 3 days in krakow and chose the Galaxy hotel on the reviews of fellow travellers. I could not fault this hotel great service and facilities great buffet breakfast selection very modern and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is down by the river so you are a good 30 minutes on foot to get to the hustle and bustle. We were fine with the walk failing that the taxi service is great and not expensive.

A 20 minute walk into Krakow town centre,Galaxy is situated on the river Vistula,or 10 Minutes to the old Jewish area(Kazimerez).Lovely Modern hotel With excelent breakfast and large smoking and nonsmoking rooms.Highly recommended.
