Hotel naprawdę bardzo zadbany, pokój bardzo przyjemny , super śniadanie , przemiła obsługa . A pani inżynier za barem po prostu urocza ;) na pewno jeszcze nie raz skorzystam tu z noclegu

To date the best Christmas Market, with snow on the ground and hot wine in hand what could be better. We spent hours wandering around the side streets shopping. We were very pleased with the prices, you must allow space in your luggage for the gerney home. We had to purchase another suitcase and this was the only expensive thing in kracow.

I recommend highly this hotel. I had problems with booking.com (my fault) and they showed extreme goodwill, kindness an deficiency while solving my problem. Upon arrival, the staff was always nice and available. The room doesn't lack anything. Clean, neat and comfortable. Good shower. Good breakfast. The location was very interesting, near a square with many restaurants and historical Jewish sites.Fear nothing and enjoy!

Hotel moderno confortevole e non troppo distante dal centro. Con una bella passeggiata sempre dritto di circa 1 km si arriva nel cuore di Cracovia. Poi fuori l’hotel ci sono sempre i taxi. Colazione buona prevalentemente salata ottimo wifi

Cortesia del personale, qualità e quantità della colazione, camere ampie, ben riscaldate, bagno pulito e funzionale, difficile trovare difetti.Solo la disponibilità di canali sul televisore è un poco limitata, ma per il resto, veramente una eccellente scelta.
