The Hotel is brand new and looks stunning. Everything is of the highest quality and the design is well thought through to the detail. Whilst it is in a prime location just around the corner of the market square, the rooms are absolutely quite and provide fantastic beds and the highest sleep comfort. The staff is welcoming and provide personal service including the General Manager who looks personally after his guests and staff. The best Hotel choice in every aspect in Krakow!

Cet hôtel est très bien placé. Très confortable. Bien décoré et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons adoré notre séjour la bas.L’emplacement est parfait car la grande place se situe à 50m à pied mais l’hôtel reste pourtant super calme. Nous avons adoré.

Sublime hôtel et idéalement situé dans le centre historique de Cracovie. Luxueux, fonctionnel et propre. Les chambres sont parfaites. Le personnel très aimable. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour. Petit-déjeuner parfait avec large choix.

Hôtel magnifique en plein centre de Krakow, emplacement 10/10. Hôtel fraîchement rénové, très propre Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et bien équipées. Dans l’ensemble, tout est parfait, mais le service client n’est pas là. Rien de digne d’un 5 étoiles, service très long ( 1h pour avoir la voiture ), aucune assistance à l’arrivé, tout est à revoir. Malgré ça, cela reste un très bel hôtel.
