Bardzo polecam!!!Niesamowity hotel oraz wspaniała lokalizacja, zaraz przy rynku. Chyba trudno w Polsce o bardziej klimatyczny Hotel. Tu poziom serwisu jest bardzo wysoki, jak i podejście managera Hotelu, to pełni pasji ludzie. Wnętrza hotelu, materiały i oświetlenie są inspirujące.. Każdy pokój jest wykonany bardzo autorsko, co spójnie tworzy atrakcyjność i wyjątkowość tego miejsca.

This is THE place to celebrate your wedding in Krakow, or to stay if you are simply visiting the city! We arranged our wedding in only 8 weeks and Tomasz Pactwa & his colleagues were simply incredible. We and all our guests could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Dziekujemy bardzo!!

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights, it was excellent, fabulous location, very helpful staff , spacious bedrooms, lovely bathroom and we just loved breakfast, make sure ye include it as there is an excellent choice and will set ye up for the day , the staff also booked our trips for us which made life very easy . It is only a very short walk to the main square in the old town and there are lots of lovely restaurants near this hotel

The location of the hotel. Friendly staff. A great bed. We were lucky with the price: it was much lower than the day after. Good rooms, excellent service, nothing more to say. I'll always stop here if the price suits me!

What an querky,lovely hotel. The swimming pool was amazing. Just walk out of the door and your in the main square filled with bars and resturants. Room was very modern, bed was comfy. The roof terrace bar is just gorgeous amazing views.

Hotel lussuoso con spa di ottimo livello Camere ampie con servizio impeccabile tutte silenziosissime ottima colazione al 5° piano bar con terrazzo ampio con vista sulla piazza principale della città ,sempreal piano ci sono solarium attrezzati per i clienti Veramente Sorprendente.

Fantastsik beliggenhet, helt ved torget i Gamlebyen. Fantastisk interiør og arkitektur. Flott takterrasse med servering som vi dessverre ikke fikk prøvd grunnet dårlig vær. Fin spa avdelig med flott basseng. Helt perfekt hotell som anbefales til alle, single og par/familie, ferie- og forretningsreisende.

Although it was a very late checkin at 10.30pm there was absolutely no problem with arranging dinner in the restaurant - service was efficient , relaxing and personal. Room was very nicely appointed and full of character. Bathroom was spacious and very nicely decorated. The hotel is a beautiful resotation piece and of a very high standard. Breakfast was superb . The pool was magical as was the salt room - all in the cellared basement . Although it is a little pricey - it really is worth it!

A superbly located hotel, in a building of considerable character. Our room was large and elegant. Staff were very helpful. We will undoubtedly return there if we visit Krakow again. Nothing to fault at all.

Voilà un établissement original, accueil parfait, les lieux rassemblent les caractères de la vieille ville de Krakow. Mystérieux, la piscine est située dans la cave, le bar est feutré, le restaurant agréable et discret, la cuisine Polonaise savoureuse. La terrasse "sky bar" (l'immeuble n'est pas très haut) vous offre une vue unique sur la place de Cracovie.
