We enjoyed our experience at this hotel for 4 nights. Reasonable distance to main square but light rail stop near by. Also grocery store available near by. Breakfast light on for gluten free but has some options. Rooms well appointed and requests accommodated. Staff generally helpful.

Very nice personnel, clean room, good breakfast, near (30m walk) to old city center. Very nice design. Comfortable and large bed. Spacious rooms. The restaurant is good too. I arrived well before check-in time (check-in is from 3pm and I was there before 1pm) and after 10 minutes I got the key to the room, which was a very nice surprise.

We stayed her for 3 nights and we had a faultless experience! The staff even allowed us to have an early check in which was amazing! As well as a late checkout for 2 hours! Absolutely loving hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Krakow!!

Very nice stay, and easy to reach all attractions in Krakow. The breakfast is evry tasty and healthy, the housekeeping work is well done. As a globalist member of hyatt, the hotel upgrade me into a suite, very large and comfortable to the whole stay.

Room was good and comfortable,breakfast was very good,it was really a lot of different dishes.Also hotel is near the tram station and it’s easy to get in center in about 10 minutes.I think I will recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel with very good staff. New, fresh and excellent value with lovely bright and airy ground floor space, and excellent gym facilities. A long walk from the traditional centre, but tram service outside the hotel, or only a short taxi ride away.

A new hotel located near the Wisła stadium with convenient access. Large outdoor parking lot and a modern hotel. Rooms with a cool design and everything you need. The breakfast was really great with a lot of choice.

Excellent service, very nice & clean room. Super breakfast!!! VERY friendly staff. I was travelling with my dog. Bowl with water and very comfy dog bed was already waiting in my room. For sure I will be back to Hyatt Place on the other ocassion

We had a nice stay in the hotel, which was almost new. The hotel was very clean and everything functioned nicely. The front desk was very helpful in everything, the breakfast delicious and fresh. Possibility to go to the park was right outside of the hotel, the access to the tram outside,which goes directly to the city center. A pleasant location for families, pairs and singles. The city Krakow has a lot to see and experience. When highways are ready one day, moving also bzy cars will easier.

Nowy hotel przy Błoniach. 20 min spacerem do centrum. Dodatkowo 2 linie tramwajowe. Bardzo miła obsługa, czyste pokoje, dobre śniadanie oraz dostępne miejsca parkingowe. Wszystko w granicach rozsądnej ceny.

Very hospitable English speaking staff at the front desk, excellent breakfast with an impressive offering of fresh tasty food, easy access to Old Town by Uber. There were a kettle and an espresso machine in the room, which is not often the case in Poland. I recommend this hotel. Sparkling clean, modern, and elegant.
