Ideally located and within walking distance to the Old Town and Jewish Quarter. Lovely big family room 007 near reception. Secure entry by pressing the button for 24hr reception to let you in. All staff very friendly and helpful with any questions you may wish to ask. Breakfast nicely presented with different hot options each morning. Eggs freshly made to order if you choose to want scrambled/poached etc. Enjoyed our 3 night stay and would recommend. Thank you.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean and friendly. Perfect location in middle of Jewish quarter so only a few minutes walk from the ruin pubs and the new york cafe in the other direction where you can get on the tour bus

The aparthotel was a very clean place. The staff were very helpful and polite and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The room was a bit on the small side though and could have done with a lounge where we could ha e just relaxed

Our room was on the 3rd floor which kept us fit as there is no lift! The building was full of character and charm. Our room was spotless, spacious and the hotel was well located. The breakfast was excellent with a good spread. The staff were so helpful and we will definitely stay here again as we loved Kraków. A very enjoyable stay. Beds very comfortable.

Fantastic Staff From the moment we arrived to the day we left the staff could not do enough for us Thank you, Hotel is a very old Building with loads of character and very clean, Mini bar was a great little perk after a day of walking, Breakfast was excellent and plenty of it . Will be going back to Krakow next March and will re booking my stay at this hotel

The hotel is well located, between the old town and the Jewish quarter. Our room was in the roof space and was bright, clean and spacious. It was also well furnished. The staff were pleasant & helpful. We'd not hesitate to stay again.

Estuvimos una semana en Cracovia. Nuestra intención era recorrernos esta ciudad y este hotel tuvo muy buena ubicación para ello. La habitación estaba muy limpia, los chicos que trabajaban eran muy amables. Además tenían wifi, siempre es de agradecer en un país en donde no hay internet. Estuvo genial, muy recomendable.

We stayed in this hotel in Jan 2014 & would highly recommend it to anyone. Central location, good sized clean rooms and very helpful staff. The breakfast was served in the adjoining building & set us up for a day's sightseeing. The only drawback of this hotel is the steep stairs and no lift but staff are happy to carry all suitcases to the rooms.

Stayed here with my boyfriend in February 2015 and we had an absolute blast! The staff were incredibly helpful, the breakfasts were beautiful and our apartment was gorgeous and so clean! will be back!

We stayed from 23/06/2013 - 30/06/2013. Could not have asked for more from our stay. The staff were very helpful and helped us book several trips and gave us help with transport. Breakfast was great - hit the eggs and bacon hard most days. The penthouse suite or 308 was massive and there were four lads/legends in the room. Shower was great and rooms were spotless. To conclude, by all accounts the hot/milky chocolate drink was superb and I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
