Spędziłam niedzielne popołudnie oraz wieczór w hotelu Novotel. Jestem pod wielkim wrażeniem personelu oraz obsługi hotelowej. Przemiła Pani Paulina oraz uroczy Pan Wojtek sprawili że pobyt w hotelowej restauracji oraz barze uczynili ten czas jeszcze przyjemniejszym. Gorąco pozdrawiam😊

Sin ser el hotel más cercano a la plaza central de Krakow, sin duda nuestra estancia ha sido mejor de lo esperado.Fácilmente se puede llegar al centro a pie, un agradable paseo, o en transporte público. Las distancias no son grandes.El personal del hotel es amable y atento. Mención especial a quien está en la recepción por su excelente disposición por ayudar.

My wife and I are just at the end of an amazing 4 day break here. Bedrooms are lovely (though a little warm), food is incredible, but the highlight has to be the staff. What a fantastic bunch of people working here, nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so eager to help. This hotel is a must if visiting Krakow, it’s 5 minutes walk to the castle and cathedral and 10 minutes walk to the main square. Don’t hesitate, get it booked 👍🏻.

Arrived late to a quick smooth check in and friendly service. A quick beer before bed from the friendly bar man who told us some good local info.Rooms very clean and spacious and the pool was a great bonus too. The hotel exceeded all expectations and could not fault the service or location and will definitely use this hotel for our future visits to Krakow. One very pleased family.

Beautiful hotel... Very close to river and castle. Staff were totally professional,helpful and efficient at all levels ,can't praise them enough . The breakfast was fabulous loads of choices , room very clean , minibar ( at a cost ) some toiletries also provided plus free bottled water would highly recommend ,plus a good pub opposite where you can cook your own sausages or steak on the BBQ...... Excellent

For more than 10 years I'm co-operating with this hotel, means that all my business relations visiting Krakow were booked in Novotel Krakow Centrum. All reactions of my guests were unanimous positive what made it a "value for money" experience.And for sure Jozef is the best barman!!!!

This hotel is extremely comfortable modern & spotless. Staff cannot do enough to help especially Gregorz the bartender, a gentleman to say the least! Could not do enough for its. Food is lovely and overall I would have no hesitation returning to this hotel....Ab Fab!!
